Lies.

How do you differentiate truth from lies?

A lie is an untruthful statement made to someone else with the intention to deceive. To lie is to say something one believes to be false with the intention that it be taken for the truth by someone else. - taken from www.Wikipedia.org

They say you could tell when someone is lying to you. Be it shifty eyes, a fake smile, limited hand gestures and other such things.

How true is that?

Common perceived signs of deception include:

-Lack of physical expressions with limb movements that tend to be close to the body and consuming less space

-Avoidance of eye contact

-Hands touching the face, throat and mouth repeatedly. Not to mention constant scratching of the nose or behind the ear

-Gestures/expressions that contradict what's been said

-Delayed and unnatural emotional reactions

-Using humor or sarcasm to avoid a subject

Can any of these signs be used?

Does lying invoke so much discomfort?

Perhaps not for all of us. So how do you tell when someone's lying to you?

How do you find the truth?
