The value of life
An interesting thing about life, is that it cumulates in death. Men are given time between start and end to do absolutely anything within their power. And the only thing stopping them, is their conscience.
So what do they choose to do with that time? Some spend time performing self-imposed duties, others spend time in enjoyment. Each chosen pat is as different from the other as night and day.
Yet, all men come to the same end. In this world, all men will die.
So what steps should one take? Will it ever be worth all that effort? You work day in day out; And what do you gain from it?
Is monetary gain all we ever want? Are we really that materialistic? Nothing wrong with being a little money-minded right?
Or perhaps a man merely needs some time to spend satisfying carnal urges. Sex? Drugs? Food? Is all that natural? Is it okay to satisfy those urges? No harm in a little fun correct? Perhaps a little joy makes living more worthwhile.
Should a man live following his heart or his head? Should one follow his moral conscience or run wild and free as his whims conduct him?
A life too regimented and stiff like a rock is as worthless as a life run afray. Where should one look to to find the value of his life?
Living for love? Or for God? Or in the name of goodness or evil. Should a man spend his life in the name of all else?
Who among us can find true value in our lives? Who among us has the right to judge?
